The Manulla to Ballina Branch Train stands at Claremorris

Prior to making its 390th empty 12 mile run to Manulla junction since the New Year. The train must travel three times a day from Manulla to Claremorris so that the locomotive can runaround its train so as to be at the front for the return journey. Though Manulla is a staffed station it has not the basic facilities for such a simple shunt.
